Registration for the 2026 season is now open!
You can register for the SV Slow Pitch Softball Club 2026 season by following these easy steps. You must register with us directly through Team Snap as well as through the SV school district portal. Tryout evaluations begin August 3, 2026 and run through August 13, 2026. Games begin Labor Day weekend. All tryouts, practices, and home games are held at Graham Park in Cranberry Twp.
Step One:
Please use the following link to register through TeamSnap. The club fee is $135 and there is an SVBSA fee of $40. Our club is sponsored by SVBSA and that fee covers our field usage, insurance, etc. All fees will be refunded if your daughter is not placed on a team.

Step Two:
Please follow the process on the SV parent portal sports registration system. This process has you select all sports your child intends to play throughout the 2026-2027 school year. All athletes participating in sports, clubs, and various activities within the school district must complete this process. Log into the SV portal and select the sports tab under your child's profile. Please be sure to select Slow Pitch Softball Club. Portal registration includes completion of several required forms that include PIAA CIPPE Form - Section 1, Section 2, Section 5, Section 6 (Physical Form), and Drug Testing Consent Form.
In addition to the portal registration process, there is a mandatory drug and concussion test to be completed. All required documents listed above are due in person to the ATHLETIC OFFICE by JULY 30, 2026. The documents must be completed entirely and cannot be turned in until the drug and concussion testing is complete. The school district offers several dates for drug and concussion testing as well as limited physicals. You are able to have your family physician complete the required physical form (CIPPE section 6) instead of utilizing the school physical. Please note that the CIPPE section 6 is THE ONLY physical form accepted. Drug testing may also be completed at Quest Diagnostics. It is highly recommended to complete the drug and concussion testing at the school during one of the testing dates.
Scheduled testing dates are as follows:
July 7, 2026—Drug Test & Concussion Test @ Senior High (3:00—7:00pm)
July 8, 2026—Drug Test & Concussion Test @ Senior High (8am—12pm; 1—3pm)
• 60 physicals offered 8am—12pm; 30 physicals offered 1—3pm
July 28, 2026—Drug Test & Concussion Test @ Senior High (3:00—7:00pm)
July 29, 2026—Drug Test & Concussion Test @ Senior High (8am—12pm; 1—3pm)
• 60 physicals offered 8am—12pm
Please note that you do not need to complete the Pay to Participate form referenced on the SVSD portal as it does not apply to the SV Slow Pitch Softball Club.
If you are experiencing a financial hardship, please reach out to director@svslowpitch.com.
HOMESCHOOL FAMILIES
Our club is open to all students living within the Seneca Valley school district. Homeschool students must request a non-portal packet by emailing the athletic office at shearerj@svsd.net (Julie Shearer). The homeschool athlete's grades will need to be submitted on a weekly basis to Julie throughout the season.
Forms along with drug and concussion deadlines are the same due date of July 30, 2026. Forms are to be turned into the athletic office in person.
